How would you describe the collection?
- Feminine, characteristically bohemian.

What’s your favourite piece?
- The plaid jacket. I gravitated to it all day, putting it on between shots and wearing it like it was my own. This is likely because it's a classic piece, reminiscent of things I've had that have brought me comfort. I could probably keep it on for the next three months.

Do you have any advice for someone looking to embrace their creativity in 2019?
- Find time to dig into yourself, and to educate yourself. Input more than you output. Give the internet a break, linger in public spaces, find your idols, worship them, abandon them. 

What's coming up for Lexie Smith this year?
- Writing a series of conversational, narrative recipes; warmer climates; quiet insurrection, reading books; being neighbourly.
