Why are there different shipping dates for the items in my shopping bag?

There are different shipping dates because items that are not yet in stock will be delivered later than the ones that are in stock. You may log into “My H&M” (Pending orders) at any time to edit your order or change delivery options.

What are our different delivery options?

If all items you selected for purchase are not available when your order is placed, you can choose partial delivery. Partial delivery means that items will be shipped to you as soon as they are in stock in multiple packages. You will only be charged for the first shipment.

You also have the option to wait and get all your items in one package as soon as all items are in stock.

Where do we ship?

We deliver within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Your order should be delivered within 4 to 7 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

Shipping is available within the US and we deliver to P.O. boxes.

We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

What are the shipping and handling costs?

All orders are subject to a delivery charge of $5.95, regardless of the size and weight of your package.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under My Pending Orders when you log in at My H&M or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
