WALK US THROUGH YOUR MORNING BEAUTY ROUTINE?
”I wake up, drink lemon water for my pH, and eat vitamins and probiotics for my gut flora. Then I wash my face with an organic cleanser and toner. For makeup, I use a tinted moisturiser, highlighter and finish off with some blush on my cheeks and eyelids. Every other morning I'll do a moisturising face mask and give my skin an hour of chill before applying anything.”
WHAT DO YOU THINK WHEN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR?
”I try to constantly remind myself of the nice things instead of focusing on pimples or any kind of flaw. I think women tend to compare themselves to one another, which is sad because you're not supposed to look like everyone on Instagram!”
DO YOU HAVE ANY HOMEMADE BEAUTY HACKS?
”Sometimes I do an egg yolk hair mask, although I’m not completely sure it works. But I just toss them up and put them in [my hair]! I also like washing my hair with apple cider vinegar from time to time, it’s really good to balance the pH.”
LOOKING AT OLD IMAGES OF YOURSELF, WHAT'S THE BIGGEST BEAUTY MISTAKE YOU'VE MADE?
”It’s probably putting eyeliner on the bottom of my eyes, which made my eyes look tiny. When I look at old pictures I have this horrible side fringe and black eyeliner. I think I tried to be punk but missed the mark.”
