IN-STORE MODE
Turn the H&M app into your own shopping tool — activate In-Store Mode to search the in-store selection! Find out which of your Favorite marked items are available in store, check for available sizes or colors, and find similar items in stock or in stores nearby.
HOW TO ACCESS IN-STORE MODE:
1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone
2. Tap the More menu (IOS) or the top left menu (Android)
3. Activate In-Store Mode
4. Select the store you wish to access — use the list or map view to find nearby stores. You can also use the search field to find a specific store.
5. Welcome to your in-store shopping tool!
6. Search the in-store assortment by using text or visual search
7. Find out which of your Favorite marked items that are available in store
8. Scan the barcode to view available sizes or colors in store, or if it’s available in another store by using “Find in store”.
