Yes, some of our stores are open and you are welcome in our stores. You can use our store locator feature to find out which store has reopened. In order for you and our staff to feel safe, we kindly ask you to keep the safety measures provided by the local authorities in mind.
We’re currently open at hm.com, offering free standard delivery and free & a flexible extended return period of 100 days to our customers. We will be sure to communicate any changes to regular service or deliveries.
Please confirm your shipping address in the checkout stage. We are unable to make any changes after an order is placed.
Your parcel should be waiting for you when you are able to collect it. But in case you wish to return it then please contact customer service.
Our couriers are working hard to adapt during this time including maintaining a safe distance when delivering parcels, no need to sign for parcels and also offering safe place locations.
You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the H&M store. Click and Collect orders cannot be redirected or extended but you can nominate someone else to collect on your behalf, see further details here. If you are unable to collect, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a return confirmation email when the parcel reaches our warehouse and your refund will be processed.
Returns should not be impacted by any delay, your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items.
