How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with an estimated delivery date. 

Larger parcels will be delivered through a courier and can be tracked in the Order History section of My H&M. These parcels take approximately 3-5 working days following confirmation of an order.

Smaller parcels will be delivered through Royal Mail and cannot be tracked. The estimated delivery time for these parcels is also 3-5 working days, however please allow 10 working days to cover any unforeseen delays.

All orders are subject to a delivery charge of £3.90, regardless of the size and weight of your package.

Where do we ship?

Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to residential addresses within the UK.

Certain products have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. Read more here.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery takes 3-5 working days following confirmation of an order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

When will my order be dispatched?

Do you offer a quicker delivery service?

3-5 working days is the standard delivery timescale and we do not offer an alternative. Please be aware that our online warehouse is based in Sweden, which is why our timescales may seem slightly longer than some of our UK competitors. As a company it is our goal to always be Cost Conscious as this allows us to continue to deliver Fashion and Quality at the Best Price.
