Where do I enter my discount code when shopping?
Make sure that you are logged in (as a new customer, you need to create a profile first), then open the shopping bag and enter your code in the applicable box at checkout.
What reference number should I attach when making a payment?
Please be sure to include your 9 digit customer reference number, which can be found on your invoice.
How do I pay my Payment Slip in Parcel, H&M Monthly bill or Monthly Instalment invoice?
Payment can be made via bank transfer, using the details below. Please remember to include your Customer/Reference Number. Account no: 73769917 Sort code: 20-00-00
Alternatively, you can pay at any Barclays Bank (or at a branch of your own bank) by presenting the pre-printed payment slip to the cashier. This slip comes in your parcel or attached to your monthly statement. Payment cannot be made at the bank without a payment slip.
If the slip is misplaced, missing or incomplete please call H&M customer services and request that a new payment slip be posted to you (03 44 736 9000, calls from a UK landline will be at the basic national call rate-mobiles may vary, please check with your provider).
Which payment methods can I use?
When shopping at hm.com you can choose one of four payment methods: credit card, a payment slip in the parcel, a monthly invoice or H&M account. More information about our payment methods can be found here.
Which cards are accepted?
We accept any card with a Mastercard or Visa symbol. Note that if you have pending orders, all orders will be paid for with the last card used.
When is the amount debited from my card?
Your card will not be debited until we have shipped your package.
What happens in case of returns?
If you return any items, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
