As an H&M shop manager you are in charge of the daily running of your store, after all it is like running your own business. You are able to plan, prioritise and develop your sales team in a customer-focused environment.
- I'm not afraid to voice my opinions and ideas. And I'm not afraid to listen to my co-workers. It doesn't matter who comes up with an idea. As long as it is good.
At H&M we are not office or clipboard managers, you work with your team to achieve your goals. You lead from the front, a role model that everyone sees. Titles are not important. Teamwork is.
