Financial Reporting

H&M’s financial reporting is done in compliance with the laws, statutes, agreements, regulations and recommendations that apply to companies listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB. It falls to the Board of Directors to ensure the quality of financial reporting with the help, for example, of the Auditing Committee.
