Annual general meeting

H&M's Annual General Meeting 2010

H&M's Annual General Meeting will be held at Victoriahallen, Stockholm International Fairs in Stockholm on Thursday 29 April 2010, at 3 p.m.

Shareholders have the right to raise matters at the meeting provided that such request is received by the Board of Directors by 11 March 2010. For practical reasons, however, H&M would prefer such requests to be sent by 4 March 2010. The request should be sent to H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB, The Board of Directors, Attn. Carola Echarti-Ardéhn, 106 38 Stockholm, Sweden or by email: hm29april@hm.com.

As usual, shareholders are welcome to ask questions during the Annual General Meeting. To help us answer these questions, please submit them to H&M in advance by email: hm29april@hm.com.
