Corporate Governance Reports

The term “corporate governance” usually refers to the rules and processes that are put in place to ensure the efficient and controlled administration and management of a limited company.

H&M applies with the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance which is described in the Corporate Governance Report in the annual report. The Corporate Governance Report is also available as a pdf file below.
