H&M's Annual General Meeting 2009

H&M's Annual General Meeting will be held at Victoriahallen, Stockholm International Fairs in Stockholm on Monday 4 May 2009, at 3 p.m.

Shareholders have the right to raise matters at the meeting provided that such request is received by the Board of Directors by 16 March 2009, to ensure that it can be included in the notice of the meeting. For practical reasons, however, H&M would prefer such requests to be sent by 2 March 2009 to H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB, Attn. Carola Echarti-Ardéhn, 106 38 Stockholm, Sweden.
