Shipping and Delivery
If all the items you ordered are available today, you can expect to receive your order 4-6 working days following the ‘We’re packing your order’ email. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Please allow an additional 4 days for rural postcodes.
Shipping is available to residential addresses within in the UK. We do not offer delivery to business addresses.
You can find the expected delivery dates at the Checkout stage of your online order, and on your subsequent Order Confirmation email. These can also be found by logging into your Shop Online account, using the My H&M option at the top of our page. If your items have different delivery dates, you can choose multiple deliveries or wait and have everything delivered at the same time. If you choose multiple deliveries, we will send the remainder of the items as soon as they are in stock and you will only pay for the first delivery.
You can edit your order before shipping, at “My H&M” or call Customer Service 0844 736 9000.
Do you have a pending order? If so, please check the delivery time!
To save you extra delivery charges, we merge new orders with pending orders and deliver them all at once at a later date. If you wish to receive available items earlier, you can alter this setting by logging in to My H&M/Pending orders and changing your delivery setting from ‘all in one package’ to ‘separate packages’. Of course, you can also contact our Customer Service team as well - we would be happy to assist you.
Shipping cost is £ 3.90
The shipping cost is £ 3.90 regardless of the size and weight of your package. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.
If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply a charge of £9.90 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.
