What are the shipping and handling costs when shopping online?
All orders are subject to a delivery charge of £3.90, regardless of the size and weight of your package.
How long does delivery take?
Your order should be delivered within 4 to 6 working days following order confirmation of in-stock items. Full delivery information is available at checkout.
What are our different delivery options?
If not all items are in stock when your order is placed you can choose part delivery. Part delivery means that items will be shipped to you as soon as they are in stock in multiple packages. You will only be charged for the first shipment.
You also have the option to wait and get all your items in one package as soon as all items are in stock.
Why are there different shipping dates for the items in my shopping bag?
There are different shipping dates because items that are not yet in stock will be delivered later than the ones that are in stock. You may log into “My H&M” (Pending orders) at any time to edit your order or change delivery options.
Where do we ship?
Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to residential addresses within the UK.
