How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with an estimated delivery date.
Larger parcels will be delivered through a courier and can be tracked in the Order History section of My H&M. These parcels take approximately 3-5 working days following confirmation of an order.
Smaller parcels will be delivered through Royal Mail and cannot be tracked. The estimated delivery time for these parcels is also 3-5 working days, however please allow 10 working days to cover any unforeseen delays.
Where do we ship?
Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to residential addresses within the UK.

Why are there different shipping dates for the items in my shopping bag?
There are different shipping dates because items that are not yet in stock will be delivered later than the ones that are in stock. You may log into “My H&M” (Pending orders) at any time to edit your order or change delivery options.
Do you offer a quicker delivery service?
3-5 working days is the standard delivery timescale and we do not offer an alternative. Please be aware that our online warehouse is based in Sweden, which is why our timescales may seem slightly longer than some of our UK competitors. As a company it is our goal to always be Cost Conscious as this allows us to continue to deliver Fashion and Quality at the Best Price.
When will my order be dispatched?
At hm.com if there are garments that are out of stock, but are due back in soon, we will reserve these items for you and deliver them once they are available. The expected delivery dates are shown when you reach the checkout stage, if you do not wish to wait, these items can be removed from the basket. Please be rest assured that we will not charge you for these items until they are ready to be dispatched. Once they are available for shipping they will also take 3-5 working days following confirmation of an order.
