Floor Manager
Everybody has a bit of a team player in them, right? But what we want to know is, is there a team leader in you?
The Floor Manager is kind of like the unselfish, independent and capable sergeants you see in Hollywood movies. That means that you, as Floor Manager, are the one running the show on the shop floor every day, making the whole thing tick.
What we’re looking for is not a CV a mile long, but rather personality traits like communication skills and the ability to cooperate freely in a fast-paced environment because that’s how things are on the shop floor. You need to take in everything that happens around you to run the floor at its maximum potential, while at the same time keeping your team happy and developing.
To do that, you have to strive to be their shining example, so there’s a big responsibility involved in being a Floor manager. So if you think you can make your passion for fashion and your commercial awareness really shine, you might have what it takes.
