Payments & Returns
At H&M you can return or exchange items for up to 30 days after your purchase date - but make sure its not worn and the tags are attached! Receipt is a must so don't forget!
We don't allow the return or exchange of jewellery, panties and swimwear. You can exchange or return items at any of our stores, as long as they're in the same country that you made the purchase.
