Auditors
Auditors are elected at the Annual General Meeting every four years. The 2005 Annual General Meeting elected Authorised Public Accountants Åsa Lundvall and Erik Åström and Deputies Torsten Lyth and Anders Wiger from the Ernst & Young AB accounting firm.
It is the responsibility of the auditors to review the company’s Annual Report and accounts, as well as the administration of the company by the Board of Directors and the Managing Director on behalf of the shareholders.
