Size guide Ladies
Measurements should be taken directly on your body.
A: Measure your chest over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra that fits.
B: If you're shopping for a bra you should take another measurement directly under the bust.
C: Measure your waist at the narrowest point.
D: Your seat measurement should be measured around the fullest part of your seat.
E: Inner leg length is measured from the top of your inside leg down to the floor.
Tops, blouses, dresses, trousers and skirts etc.

* The size is used for jersey and knitwear.
Jean sizes are often given in inches, e.g. 30/32. The first figure is the waist measurement and the second is the inner leg.

The number in the bra size refers to the measurement under your bust. Pull the tape tightly around your body below the bust and if it is an odd number add 5 inches, if it is an even number add 6 inches. E.g. actual measurement 29" + 5" =sz 34" or actual measurement 30" + 6" =sz 36". The letter in the bra size refers to the cup.
Measure your band size
Go straight down/up the table if your bra is too loose/tight.
Go diagonally down/up a letter if your cup feels too small/big.
The sizes with the same color have the same cup size.
The sizes displayed in the chart above are not available for all products.
Examples to help you:
If you have tried a size 36A and the bottom band feels too loose, try a 34B instead. It has the same cup size but is smaller in bottom band.
If you have tried a size 34B but the cup feels too small, try a 34C instead. The bottom band is the same but the cup is bigger.
Choose size from your current chest and hip measurement.
